    Posted on April 2, 2014

You do not want to miss the 8th Annual CAHM Forum!

Two of our most dedicated SOSL facilitators, Rex and Connie Kennemer, founded CAHM in memory of their son, Todd, in an effort to raise awareness of and support for mental health issues and suicide prevention.

8th Annual CAHM Forum: Navigating Paths to Healthy Minds

    Saturday, May 17, 2014  8:00am – 3:00pm

    Abraxas High School

    12450 Glen Oak Rd.

    Poway, CA 92064

*The Forum is an “indoor-outdoor” event, all activates will occur “rain or shine.”

The CAHM Forum is a powerful event, and we encourage you to attend!

The 2014 CAHM forum offers something for everyone.  Whether you are someone looking for answers or someone who has a desire to help others, we believe the forum will impact you wherever you are along life’s journey and offer hope for the future.

    •  It’s a place to learn from mental health, substance abuse and suicide prevention experts who are there to share what they have learned through years of education and experience.
    •  It’s a place to join with others who are on a similar path as you.
    •  A place for concerned parents and family members who want to know how they can help someone they love so much and also help themselves.

SOSL will have a break-out for survivors and a Resource Table …… please stop by to say hello!
