Register now for SOSL Day and join us for this designed to help you on your healing journey. Your SOSL Team has been planning a day with activities and resources to inspire and create hope for our survivor community.

    What is SOSL Day?

SOSL Day is an event focused on hope and healing.  We start the morning with an opening talk and then move into a Question/Answer panel comprising people who have lost loved ones to suicide.  The event is an opportunity to learn from others who have walked this path before us.  After a catered lunch participants break out into facilitated support groups based on their type of loss—child, spouse, sibling, friend, parent, etc.

Why would I want to attend SOSL Day?

It is rare that we in the survivor community meet and talk with others who share a similar loss.  The theme for this year is “Hope Springs: Healing Happens”, and participants will hear how others have found healing and hope after a suicide loss. We have much to learn from one another. Research shows being a part of a supportive community that offers acceptance, comfort, and encouragement is important in the healing process. SOSL Day brings survivors together to help each other on our respective journeys, on to the goal of living with hope once again.
