    Support Groups

No SOSL Support Groups will be meeting in person as per the directives set forth in response to the COVID-19 situation.  We are working through the process of setting some groups to meet online during this time.  Please call the warmline at 619 482-0297 or emailMichele@SOSLsd.orgfor more details.
    Thank you for your understanding!

Our SOSL Support Groups provide a comfortable, non-threatening setting to share your experiences and thoughts. Or you may just want to listen. But being with those who have had a similar experience, who can understand in a special way, is a gift the group shares with one another, a gift that may not be available elsewhere.

Anyone who has lost a family member or friend is invited to attend. All groups are free of charge and no prior registration is needed. All the groups listed on the calendar are conducted by SOSL and are not affiliated with the venue listed, e.g. hospital, community center, church, etc.  Read more.

For more information about any of the groups, please call 619-482-0297 or email info@SOSLsd.org.
