TOOLS FOR HOPE Workshop on Saturday, February 28th.
Our TOOLS FOR HOPE workshop is designed to assist those who have been affected by loss of a loved one by suicide.
This event will provide support, resources and guidance for your healing journey and will include exercises, connection with our support group facilitators, the opportunity to meet current participants in our groups as well as new survivors, a panel discussion with experienced survivors, resource materials and more.

Time: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm
(program will close at 5pm; 5-5:30 reserved for open chat with facilitators and others)
Check in: 12:15; doors open at 12:00
Cost: We ask that you make a donation with your required registration to SOSL; our non-profit is run almost fully by volunteers and supports a community of those who are survivors of suicide. We have several in-person and Zoom meetings each week that offer this support and our community needs are growing.

Q: Who should attend this event?
A: Anyone who has lost a loved one by suicide and needs the support of those who have been through it and/or wants further exploration in healing from this type of loss.
Q: Can I bring a support person with me?
A:Yes, we have had people bring a family member or close friend to support them through the day.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, there will be ample parking in front and around the building with no charge.
Q: Where is the event located?
A: The event is located in the UTC area of San Diego; making it accessible to San Diego County. The building is located in the back of the complex. Follow the driveway through the parking areas to the back of the complex. The building says Vistage on it.
Q: Will I need to bring anything with me?
A: You don't need to. Some people like to bring a photo of their loved one and that is a great idea if you are comfortable with that. We will provide all working materials for the day.
Q: Will food be provided?
A: We will have a healthy snack available and a break to serve it. You may bring your own lunch as well, if you would like to.
