SOSL Day is a special time for those who have lost loved one(s) to suicide to come together with other loss survivors for healing & support.
All are welcome.

Breakout Groups
We will have breakout support groups which offer a safe space to share with other suicide loss survivors. Groups are loss-specific, and everyone will be able to choose a group or to not join a group during registration. The groups available will be:
Loss of Child
Loss of Spouse/Partner
Loss of Parent
Loss of Sibling
Loss of Friend/Relative
Beyond Surviving**
**We are expanding our offerings this year to include the Beyond Surviving Group. This group is for those who are ready to share their experience, are at least 2 years out from their loss, and can contribute to a discussion on their personal approach to this important healing process. This is not a loss-specific group. The focus will be on post-traumatic growth. Participants who select this group will receive an email prior to SOSL Day to prepare them for this group.
